Dimensions and standard shank options
3.175 mm (1/8 in), 4 mm, 6 mm, 6.35 mm (1/4 in), 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 12.7 mm (1/2 in). Cutting diameter, cutting length and overall length can be customized.
Flute count and cutting direction
Single-flute, two-flute and multi-flute designs. Up-cut, down-cut, compression and straight flute structures are reviewed against chip evacuation and edge-finish requirements.
Tool geometry
Square end, ball nose, tapered, V-groove, straight, profiling and custom geometries. Drawings or samples are recommended for non-standard profiles.
Carbide, coating and finishing
Standard K10/K20 and micro-grain carbide options. Uncoated, TiN, TiCN, TiAlN, AlTiN and DLC coating options are confirmed according to the application.
Laser marking and packaging
Laser marking can include your logo or part number, or tools can remain blank. Packaging options include individual boxes, tubes, blister packs and custom branded packaging.
HOW WE WORK
A clear route from requirement to repeat order.
Each project moves forward only after the relevant specification, sample or production checkpoint has been reviewed. Final tolerances, quantities and inspection records are agreed project by project.
STEP 01
Send requirements
PDF, DWG, DXF, sample photo or written specification.
STEP 02
Technical review
Feasibility, geometry and production method are reviewed.
STEP 03
Sample confirmation
A sample is produced for inspection or cutting trials when required.
STEP 04
Batch production
Approved specifications move into controlled batch production.
STEP 05
Inspect & ship
Dimensions, concentricity, edge and packaging are checked.
MANUFACTURING EVIDENCE
Production capacity buyers can see.
Five-axis tool grinding and automated loading support repeatable production. Standard models are held in inventory, while non-standard projects are reviewed against the buyer’s application and drawing.
